Introducing the “Hybrid Model” security service:

A unique security service provided by Total ProtectionS is the Hybrid Model. Under this model, the client’s Proprietary security force is augmented by a team of Total ProtectionS officers working alongside the client’s team. At times, the Hybrid Model is used as a mechanism for hiring and evaluating potential recruits for the Proprietary force at a lower cost during the probationary period. In other cases, the Hybrid Model has been used to scale the security force to meet the demands of special projects or outage support without incurring unacceptable overtime.
